Hi, I'm Anna.
Yoga first came into my life as a way to slow down and reconnect with myself. Over time, it became something deeper: a steady place to return to when life felt busy, loud, or overwhelming.
I am a RYT-200 certified yoga teacher with additional certifications in Yin Yoga (CYYT), Chair Yoga, and over five years of experience leading group exercise classes including dance, strength training, and yoga. This background allows me to create Hatha yoga classes that are both mindful and well-structured, while remaining accessible to a wide range of students.
Today, I teach Hatha-based yoga that focuses on mindful movement, steady breath, and meeting the body exactly where it is. My classes are welcoming, supportive, and accessible for all levels. Through private yoga sessions and small group classes, my goal is simple: to create a space where people can move, breathe, and leave feeling a little more grounded than when they arrived.
When I'm not teaching, you'll likely find me hiking local trails, spending time with my family, or exploring new ways to bring mindfulness and creativity into everyday life.

4 sessions / 1 hr ($70 per session)

I’ll follow up within 24–48 hours so we can align on your needs, your schedule, and what kind of support feels most helpful right now. This is simply a conversation—nothing to prepare, nothing to decide yet.
Step 3 - Step into your Practice
From there, we’ll choose a starting point that feels right for you—whether that’s a drop-in session or a package. Your practice doesn’t need to be perfectly planned. It just needs a place to begin.

Kindred Sols Community Flow is a monthly gathering designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself through the practice of yoga.
This all-levels class blends gentle movement, breathwork, and moments of stillness — creating space for both physical release and inner grounding. This gathering encourages you to be exactly who you are when you arrive.

There is something powerful about practicing yoga together. Breathing in the same space and moving with shared intention allows us to soften alongside others.
This offering is about connection — to your body, your breath, and the quiet reminder that you are not doing any of this alone.

Dates will be released monthly for our community flow class.
Thank you for your understanding and respect for these guidelines. They help create a consistent and supportive experience for all clients.
If you have additional questions or concerns, please click on the "CONTACT ME" button in the "CONTACT ME" section.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours notice. This allows time to offer the session to another client.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be charged the full session fee.
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other bookings. You are welcome to use the remaining time, and we will make the most of it.
If you are feeling unwell, please reach out as soon as possible to reschedule your session. Your health and well-being are important, and I appreciate your consideration in helping keep others healthy as well.
I understand that unexpected situations happen. In the case of a true emergency, please contact me as soon as you can and we will work together to find a solution.
All sessions are non-refundable. However, sessions may be rescheduled within the appropriate notice period.
All Sessions including Session Packages are valid for 6 months from purchase.
